Automatically sorts raw cashew nuts by size, shape, or density to ensure uniformity before processing.
Softens the raw cashew nuts' shells and loosens the kernel inside using controlled steam pressure and heat.
Mechanically breaks the softened outer shell of the cashew nut to release the inner kernel.
Separates the valuable cashew kernels from the broken shell pieces after cracking.
Removes the thin, papery inner skin (testa) from the shelled cashew kernels.
Applies dry heat to the peeled kernels to dry them, enhance flavor, improve texture, and ensure food safety.
